- In the initial four weeks, a puppy needs to be fed every three hours eight times a day and even at night. Your adorable pet can be gradually weaned out of it by introducing dog food.
- Newborn pups open their eyes around two weeks. Hence they need proper care as their vision is still disoriented. And the chances of getting hurt is more as they cannot see properly
- Brushing of a puppy’s coat regularly becomes mandatory to remove the tangle and mats. This can be done with a soft brush making the grooming session enjoyable for both you and your loved pet.
- A puppy should never be fed with food scraps as the danger of food getting stuck in throat and choking it is very high. It will also set a bad habit for your furry pet to hover near the dinner table whenever you have dinner.
- Whenever your pup has the urge to go the bathroom and it starts circling and sniffing, train him to go outside for nature’s call by taking him outside.
